1. Define your problem. Express it using one sentence.
2. Feel your problem and determine the 5 key items of an experience
3. Clone your experience and amplify the peak moment
4. Deep breath inhale intensify the peak moment further until the end of exhalation. Exhale release all tension in physical emotional and mental body.
5. Stay few seconds calm
6. Feel again your problem. This time relate your problem with experience or situation in the past where you have felt in similar way. Define this experience.
8. Stay in the peak moment for a while
