This is more advanced version of the shoulder stand. After the practicioner feels confortable in the version 1 should try to perform this asana.  The starting point is with the arms streach out above our heads. Firs we lift the legs and than the torso until we feel pressure on the point between shoulder line and neck. As last we lift our arm and place our palms over the thighs. Go in the position slowly and carefully with controlled movements,
